Marius Muldyr/Muli Mariani

Legio VI Victrix Cohors II Cimbria var "i kamp" for første gang den 14. oktober 2006, i forbindelse med åbningen af Holstebro Museums særudstilling om den romerske legionær, "Marius Muldyr". Næsten hele gruppen kunne møde op, og det var en fryd at se alle i udstyret.

Legio VI Victrix Cohors II Cimbria was "in combat" for the first time Saturday the 14. October 2006. The Occation was the opening of Holstebro Museums special exhibition on the Roman Legionaire, called "Marius Muldyr" Muli Mariani in Latin. Almost the entire group could attend, and it was great to see everyone in the Gear.

Ved lejligheden fik vi den store ære at udnævne den italienske ambassadør i Danmark, Roberto di Leo, til ærestribun for vores gruppe. At the occation we had the honour to pronounce the Italian Ambassador in Denmark, Roberto di Leo, Honory Tribune of our group. The Picture shows Ole Nielsen - Museum CEO, Fl. Ravenna - Centurion, Dan Hansen - Chairman of Cohors II Cimbria, and Henrik Kristiansen, Group Carpenter.

Tribunatet udråbes på italiensk og dansk. The Tribunate is pronounced in Italian and Danish.

"Kampen" er igang, der spørges og forklares om livet og udstyret for den romerske legionær. The "Battle" is on, telling the visitors on the life of the Roman Legionaire.

Den store Hatra Ballista blev beundret. The great Hatra Ballista was admired.
